In 2025 Keen & Able Skills Shortage solutions welcomed Dave Whelan as a Director, Dave brings with him over 30 years of experience with experience in developing Contracting Companies.
He has worked throughout Europe and the US that serviced many facets of the electrical industry working on commercial development projects, pharmaceutical projects, HSE, industrial projects. In 2019 David founded Green Solutions Ltd whose purpose is to manufacture G10 Panels for the Solar PV Industry. It is from this experience that the interest in the Climate Action Plan for Ireland and renewable energy requirements was born, and he got in involved in Solar Evolution: renewable energy professionals committed to a sustainable future that help commercial and industrial companies produce their own electricity, efficiently, reliably, economically, that can offset your businesses carbon footprint.
